Starting back in 1984, Richard Godard moved permanently to Muskoka setting roots with his young family. Realizing the dream of living, and raising children in the fresh air, clean lakes and forests that make up what is Muskoka. His three sons would grow up to follow in his footsteps - and work along side him, building custom homes and cottages - in and around the Lake of Bays township. With a strong connection to the expansive body of water that makes up Lake of Bays - swimming, boating and even sailing against it’s challenging winds - the brothers are now either enjoying the lake on weekends, or helping others to find or build their own dream, to be on the lake part time - as well as aspiring full time residents that dream of one day retiring to the lake. Their vast experience with building, directing trades, and buying and selling Real Estate is what truly sets apart their attention to ALL detail, and understanding for the importance of top level communication, and client care.
